Configure Microsoft SMTP Server in Win2k Server

I have win2k server. I need someone who is familiar with SMTP configurations to configure it with maxiumum performance....meaning I should be able to send atleast 40K mails an hour on a cable connection. The winning bidder will get Netmeeting access to my desktop where you can do teh configuration...also, I will need a well-written document which should outline how i should do it in future after the project is closed. this is urgent-- if you feel you can do it and i can see that in your profile, your bid will be accepted. I prefer U.S. coders since it will help us in coordinating a time for Netmeeting...and you must have broadband connection...meaning cable or dsl or higher so that the netmeeting can function properly. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
