Create ebook (in Indesign) then to pdf

I require someone to design a 30 page e-book (using Adobe In design CS2) with simple button functionality. Then, to create a PDF file which uses the button (backwards, forwards, hyper link, send e-mail,etc) functionality. I already have an in design template made. I simply require someone (with good In design CS2 and PDF) experience to copy and paste the text, to lay out the text professionally and produce a final product. I have a number of these e-book is to create. Once we get the first one done, I will have others to do. I am attaching a video which will enable you to watch exactly what I'm trying to achieve.
