Currency Conversion in Delph 6 Enterprise

I am using a webservice that provides the exchange rate between 2 countries. I am having problems with the Web Service client since it always returning back a zero. I used the WSDL importer and that part seems okay. It is the main part of my code that is not working correctly. This project is excellent for someone who is profieicent in Delphi 6 or is looking for their first project.
