Delphi Programmer needed for Algorithm to GUI solution

DESCRIPTION OF ALGORITHM: The algorithm must build a retaining wall using a defined ratio of blocks of different dimensions taken from 3 pallets. The user defines the area for the retaining wall by drawing lines on a grid and manually placing corner blocks within the grid. Then, the user runs the algorithm which fills in the remaining area according to the parameters set forth in the attached document. PROJECT SUMMARY: I am looking for a programmer who has a proficiency in Delphi 2006 to write an algorithm and successfully integrate it into existing GUI code written by our Delphi GUI [login to view URL] GUI is completed for the custom software, but the algorithm still needs to be written and implemented. Successful implementation of the specified algorithm into the GUI will be the completion of the project. This is a difficult project and should be taken seriously. See the attached project specifications and examples and review them carefully, asking any questions necessary. You will be given the GUI code to assist you. It is poorly commented and expect to receive little help from our programmer due to his English proficiency. YOU MUST HAVE proficiency in Delphi and can run/compile Delphi code. Have communicated with our coder about implementation in his GUI code. Week 3 ??" Have it somewhat functional in our GUI code. Week 4 ??" Completely functional in GUI code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
