Design software project

I need some script written and implemented into an app on tap. The script will allow the user to go through and input text and select various templates with the final output being a printable document that can be used as a cover for an insert? on a dvd case. The user must be able to select a dvd template and make changes to it before printing. The final format must also be uploadable as an image file for forwarding to various printers for final printing. This? may also be a standalone software program. ? ## Deliverables The program needs to be able to select templates adjust them with text? and image boxes, output them as image files for printing. The user must be able to preview the final selection and edit where necessary. The photoshop format has been used the ceate the templates and the option available to output in TIFF, PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIFF and all of the common image files. The dimensions set in templates must be maintained. The type of software is similar to those that create box covers etc but these are for 'printing' actual DVD covers and labels.
