A list scrubbing system

I own a server at a colocation network facility.? I need someone to install some sort of database on there that has a HUGE file of remove emails addresses and bad domains and words that is going to be my suppression file.? I want to be able to take a .txt file of full data records, ie: email,first_name,last_name,address,city,state,zip,etc..etc...either in pipe or comma delimited format, and have the file scrubbed against? the suppression file.? This way, I will not send any emails to anyone on the suppression file, or send to any of the bad domains or words on this database either.

I currently have a suppression file that is approximately 1.3 Gigs large.? This consists of email addresses only.? I also have a small file of bad words, and domains that I would need added to this database and have my lists that are scrubbed against this system be cleaned and rid of.? The raw lists of full data records that I would be running against this system are going to range between 1 KB and 2 GIGs.? Understand though that when my full data record from my raw file has one of these suppression list email addresses, bad words, or bad domains in there, that the whole record would need to be removed from the raw file.

When done being processed, this system would split me out a cleaned up file = .txt that would be named the same name as when it was initially placed in this system to be scrubbed, but have [url removed, login to view] added on to the end of it once it was done being processed.

I am looking for INCREDIBLE speed and perfection with this system.? The current OS is wondows 2003.
