Add an option to the Woocommerce Backend

I need the following to programmed into the Woocommerce backend: Two radio buttons (with a little image and text beside it) which can be selected to appear or not on the product description. The buyer, upon looking at the product description, will choose one of the two options, (delivery or store pick-up). This option is then saved and sent to the supplier along with the other product information. It is very similar to the way this products page works: [login to view URL] where it says: MODES DE LIVRAISON the buyer selects which method the product will be sent or picked up. This project is urgent, by today or tomorrow if possible.
