Add some functionality to an existing Wordpress plugin -- 2

We are building a website that offers front-end functionality of this plugin: [login to view URL] Check out the screenshot to see what we have so far. We need a few things... 1. We need to add/change things on this page so it ends up looking like this: [login to view URL] -add text above the reminder box that says 'Welcome back [user first name]' based on the first name of the logged in user -change the title links in the yellow bar to 'Active Reminders', 'Past Reminders', and add a new one called '+ Add a Gift Idea' (see below) -add a drop down area directly below the yellow bar for 'Reminder type' -'Add note' should instead say 'Reminder message' -add a 'gift button' that will link the URL of a gift to the reminder 2. We want to add a third button (in the yellow area) called '+ Add a Gift Idea' that will look like this when selected: [login to view URL] and will give the user an option of typing in a gift title and adding a link with an 'Add' button that saves it in the list below. 3. We also need logged in users to only be able to see notes that they create or are assigned to them. Right now, every logged in user can see every note/reminder that other users create. No need to do styling/css, we can make it look like we want it too once everything is there. Please let me know how much this will cost based on your hourly rate.
