Appointment Schedule for Wordpress Site

Ok so I have a wordpress site where I need a sort of scheduling system for the site's users.
I'd love to see if there's a plugin covering 100% or 50-60-70% of the functionaltiy, and then we can upgrade on it. That would be most cost effective and quality-wise best I think.
If not, maybe you can develop your own thing.
this is what it needs to have:
1) user pre-selects the days and times when he's available for: phone chat, video chat, face-to-face (basically, 3 types of interviews, so 3 colors)
2) This needs to be displayed on a calendar like google calendar, something like that
3) he needs to be able to manually select specific date or select a group, for example (every monday, tuesday, and sunday).. you get the point.. just like google calendar.
4) these will only be AVAILABLE times, not actual events - so something like overlay.. or different colored rows, whatever... only visual reference
5) employer sees his available time and books an appointment (event) with the engineer in that interval. So, for example, if engineer is available on monday 8-11AM, employer can book a phone interview from 8-9AM.
6) needs to be syncronizable with google calendar/outlook/ical... etc, standard stuff
7) needs to have email alerts
8) needs to work completely from the front end of the site not wordpress backend (admins can have backend option but users need to use only frontend)
If you do this FAST and with GOOD QUALITY, you'll inherit 35 hours weekly (or less if you can't do that) as a web developer in my company. So I need your best price as this is more like a test project for regular work. Thanks
