CSS and HTML work on Wordpress Plugin

Hello, Please have a look at the "Sign Up for Our DJ News" in the footer here: [login to view URL] I need it to look the same as I have it here: [login to view URL] To add the Newsletter on this sample site I used the plugin for WP called Newsletter. I need someone who is familiar with CSS and PHP to modify the Newsletter CSS plugin so that it looks like the original site. I'm confident is practically straight CSS and shouldn't take very long at all. I have disabled WP Super Cache for you. I can give you FTP Access. Please be quick. No more than 1 day. Make it look the same; that's it.
