Changing the Sociable plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. My test site is [login to view URL] I have the Sociable plugin currently installed on test site [login to view URL] See the post: [login to view URL] I want several things changed in the plugin: 1. Currently there is a list of icon sizes I can chose from. I want another size added: 24x24 Pixels. See [login to view URL] 2. Currently the icons are on the left. I want then centered. See [login to view URL] 3. Currently the tag line is on the right. I want it centered. See [login to view URL] 4. Currently when you hover over the images, the text is in English. I want the text changed to Hebrew. Freelancer shall send an amended version of the file for me to install. Plugin will be installed on a test site, and when successful on a live site. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
