Create new wordpress template from existing Wootheme template

Item 1 We need you to use an existing template based on a modified Wootheme Whitelight template and create a new one to be selectable in the standard wordpress new page 'Page Attributes' selection. Item 2 Change the header on the entire site to the new header in the attached file. The telephone Number must be a clickable link that uses the following or similar code: 1-847-555-5555 Details The existing site page that we want a new template for is [login to view URL] and we have a development site to work on. The new layout is attached. The vertical menu on the left should work the same as the vertical menu on [login to view URL] The remainder of the horizontal menu should be as the original site. Both menus must use the native Worpdress menu administration pages with the addition of your code or the Ubermenu plugin [login to view URL] Our preference is to have all the blocks of information on the page to be widget areas. You must demonstrate that you have worked on worpdress and that you create code/templates that are 100% wordpress and will allow wordpress to continue to be updated without breaking your template.
