Create template/design for a Wordpress blog

I have a wordpress blog where I used a free theme. I am tired of this design but I lack skills and interest in updating it. The site and current design can be found at xeta.dk. I will give whoever helps me admin access to the site. Here is what I expect: -I expect you to make it look nice. If that means you need to design with photoshop as well as code php, then so be it. I dont care what you do, I just want a finished design. -This is an angry blog, so the look of it should reflect that. However, it is also a serious blog for a mature audience (economy, investing, finance), so the design should in no way be over-the-top. I am not selling or advertising anything on the blog - just sharing thoughts and opinions, so it does not need to look inviting for buyers. -The site is updated just 2-3 times monthly, so I am not looking for a frequently updated news-website type layout. -Some of the posts are long and include charts. The design must invite reading of long posts on screen. -On the blog I write under the pseudonym Landsknecht. These were german mercenary footsoldiers in the late middle ages. They were known for wielding very large two handed flame shaped blades, in german called "Flamberge". If the design could somehow include a flamberge I would be happy. Search for flamberge on [login to view URL] for pictures. So yeah, steel and fire, but in that delicate way where it does not at all look like a live role playing website. Questions? Just ask.
