Creating a plugin that removes the next and previous post links and titles in the source of a post

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.

I am currently using the following plugins for seo:

In wordpress, by default, every post has links to the next and previous posts. Each of my posts is separate and has no logical relation to the next and previous post. As the theme I am using allows to hide these links I did so. These links are not visible to the human visitor of a post. The thing is that the links and the titles of the next and previous posts are still visible if you view the source of the code of a certain post. Therefor, google indexes the titles of the next and previous posts and displays the post in the in the search results when you look for the title of the next post. This is bad and confusing.

I need the links and titles of the next and previous post to be removed from the source of the post too (without harming the meta data of that specific post).

The programmer should send me a zip file of the plugin that I will test on a live site.

When successful the plugin will be installed on a live site.

The work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 10 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
