This project needs a responsive WordPress site developed that is a custom training event management system. This will be a fresh WordPress installation under a sub-domain of the client's primary site.
Basically, certain users will be able to login (login form connects to a remote web service, and a single-sign-on cookie will be created to let the user remain logged in across this training event website, and the client's existing website), and view training events they need to attend. The web service will provide user details, security roles/levels (see the Rules document attached for explanation of the various user roles), and which training IDs the user is eligible for.
WordPress will store the actual training event details, but must match the training ID number provided by the web service. Once a user is logged in, they'll be able to view the sections outlined in the Site Spec document (attached). All event information is also detailed in that document.
Each event will need to allow users to "Check In", which stores a record of their event attendance.
All of the forms must be built outside of the WordPress admin interface - only administrators will have access to the WordPress backend. Instead, any forms (Check In, Add/Edit Event, etc...) will be shown on the site, if the user has sufficient security privileges. Detailed specifications are available in the attached documents.
This project needs to be semi-functional within 5 days (for preliminary testing), an completed in 2 weeks. Design files will be provided that show the final look of the site and form elements, but the design itself is very simplistic.
