Custom Wordpress Template Integration

I have a custom designed site that i would like integrated with WordPress. I have a hosting account and a default WordPress installation already on the host. The design is pretty simple. Homepage has: logo tagline navigation slider 3 feature areas (see theme example below) The homepage has a similar layout to this theme, but has less content and it does not have to be responsive: [login to view URL] The inner pages on the site are pretty easy. We basically just need the header and footer and the content in the middle needs to be editable from the admin. The news page will show the WordPress Posts, and there is a gallery page that will have a photo gallery. Any Photo gallery plugin with albums should be ok. I can send the design to the winning bidder. I don't have the biggest budget on this job, but i am looking for a developer that i can work with on a long term basis. I get a lot of wordpress jobs like this. I am looking to have this done in 2 days.
