Custom Wordpress Template, Simple. Please read description!

I need a custom template for Wordpress. The site is simple, no big tricks. Please check attached PDF. There are some basic instructions in the PDFs, they are written in green [login to view URL] are not part of the design! The website is in three languages. You can work in English and make other two languages work but I will translate them and add content. I can give you server details, so you can upload template and make it work, but all the content will be uploaded by me, for now you can work with anchor text. Please take this into account, when deciding about the price. Specifications: - design is prepared in Adobe Illustrator CS4. Everything is prepared in one file and all you need is prepared on layers. You have to know how to use Illustrator. There is no way to get anything else. No PSD, no JPG. Illustrator is only option! If you don't know how to use it please don't bid. I am so explicit about this because I have very bad experiences with this and lots of lost time. - three languages (English, Slovenian, Croatian) - on main menu there will be DropDown menu - images open with Lightbox - font used is Cronos Pro and will be loaded via typekit.com. I will give you the details to access website and use it - PDFs attached have specific naming. First part is general name of the file, second part explains what the file contains/explains (homepage, MouseOver Details, ...) If you have any questions please ask, I will answer asap. Regards,
