Custom jQuery Work, Wordpress Modifications

We have a website where we need the following changes:
jQuery Work
-Convert images with text as part of the image into background images with readable / indexable text
-Change a mouseover effect on a custom jQuery App
Wordpress Work
-Add a three column footer region similar to that of [login to view URL]
-Change the blog index design to include a featured image or video which will accept a URL for a Youtube or Vimeo video.
-Create an opt-in box similar to that of [login to view URL] where we can capture user information and automatically send them an e-mail with a PDF attachment to the e-mail provided.

We need this delivered within 5 days. If you cannot commit to this deadline, please do not bid on this project.
We will not release any payment until we are completely happy with the work, including all bug fixes.
