Add Word Press BLogs

I am looking for Word Press to be added to my website, I would like if possible to have it added to my server and the ability to play videos on the website through an FLV player. I have created a couple of videos and also would like to use some from You Tube on the blog. This project has a very small budget and is one that I simply do not have the time to do with other commitments in the way.
