Application to access information on a third party website

Hi, I am developing a website for my own company, when users register on our system we have a facility where they need to enter a membership number of an associating body. Currently when somebody registers the membership number is entered in to a database and after they have registered we get their membership number log in to the website of the associating body and check the membership number is genuine and retrieve some additional information. To access the Governing body website we have to login and have our own login information, what i am looking for is a script that will use our login in formation and connect with the governing body website and retrieve the information automatically so that we can retrieve the information at the time of signup and also collect the additional information and add it to our databases. I am a developer and know that this can be done and isn't difficult to the person with the right experience, sadly i do not have the time to look at doing this myself as managing and running our website takes up all of my time. Due to bad experiences on GAF and peole who can not deliver what they promise, the payment will be paid once a working example can be demonstrated on your server, i understand some freelancers like a deposit upfront, however i have done this before and then never seen the work and so this will be strictly money on completion. PLease only apply for this project if you can demonstrate a similar interface that you have developed. The wining bidder will be required to sign a Non Disclosure agreement, if your not happy with this please do not bid.
