Backend & Frontend Codeigniter developer with Twitter Bootstrap experience

I'm looking for a talented PHP developer with solid CodeIgniter experience to continue the development of a social network/online gallery project similar to [login to view URL] which is due to my previous developer lack of time to finish this project. **The current build has all the desired functions developed in the backend, according to the previous developer, however due to the lack of a detailed front-end design I can't be completely sure if everything has been developed & working as intended. ** So** the first task will be to implement the front-end design via the already integrated Twitter Bootstrap** framework in order to flush out exactly the functions that been built and evaluate the current build state of the app and asses if there are features missing based on the websites logic brief/diagram. **The next step will involve tweaking,bug-fixing or developing new features if they are missing **based on the website logic brief/diagram. ## Deliverables **The candidate must be proficient with CodeIgniter (PHP),Twitter Bootstrap (HTML5 & CSS3), MYSQL, JS/JQuery, REST API and AGILE development in order to be able to understand the current build, bug fix & implement the front-end design successfully since the web apps scale is fairly big. ** Using Bootstrap you will be required to implement the design in a responsive, cross-browser compatible & mobile friendly way, apply some JS effects, as well as use CSS as much as possible instead of using sliced images (for example if there's an image with a gradient, that gradient should be done via CSS or if there's a repeating pattern you should use CSS to repeat a small portion of it rather then using a sliced image for the full width of the pattern) **The design mostly consists of:** homepage, main browse page, browse page category view, features page, promo page, user dashboard, 3 user profiles templates, signup & different types of pages with forms, terms & privacy, Some of these pages have different tabs, sliders, notifications,drop downs, popups that have come with their own design elements **The web app already has:** -CodeIgniter PHP framework running the latest version with a really basic front-end design -a fully working REST API implemented with basic website widgets in place; -custom developed GAS ORM for CodeIgniter -e-mailing system with custom newsletter support via the admin backend; -Admin Backend with with the ability to add pages,edit css/js, analytics, view members, gamification,API control,give users invitations,set the registration to open/private, etc -Twitter Bootstrap framework with custom scalable icon fonts; -Own Shortening Service similar to [login to view URL] hosted on different domain; -Gamification system (achievements,ranking,badges,etc), -signup forms & username reservation + waiting list with viral mechanics -signup via facebook/linkedin/twitter/g+ & e-mail with gravatar support -User Messaging, Notifications, Uploading Projects, User Classes, Shouts _*Attached*_ are some of the more complex design files with some dev notes to the previous developer. I've attached them in order to give you an idea of the front-end design complexity. These are the most complex pages from the entire app due to a lot of functions present on the same page.
