Build a very simple website

I need a very simple website developed. It should have a similar format to the model website indicated below, but should not be a copy of the website, and needs different graphics, etc. Effectively as you can see it's a one page only. This is a very similar job for the right person. ## Deliverables I need a very simple website developed. It should have a similar format to the model website indicated in the "model site" section of this project bid request, but should not be a copy of the website, and needs different graphics, etc. Effectively as you can see it's a one page only. Website has to be xhtml compliant. Also it needs to use a cascading style sheet (css) and have NO tables. It should use very basic html only to enable someone not very experienced to be able to create new pages. e.g. The use of div and span tags rather than specific style commands in the html. All fonts, etc should be in the style sheet. The html must pass validation without errors from w3c Html validation service. I will also ask you to change things around e.g. main heading on page to use a H1 tag, etc. Other titles to use h2..h6 - nothing too complex. I will provide specifics to the successful bidder. Graphics to be included, and should look similar but NOT the same.
