In need of a website build/layout that will sell our digital software product.
I have 3 examples that you can base the design off.

1. This example shows a very similiar product. Our software does the same thing for ACT! instead of Goldmine. (The Product tab/dropdown menu on their site - what does it do & who needs it best explains what we are looking for the design to capture) We do not like their design at all and are looking for something alive and appealing to the eye.

2. This site captures the simplicity of what we are looking for. We will have screen shots and a demo as well. We would like the layout be easily navigable.
I have attached the 3rd example. It contains a webpage that we like. This is included for inspiration in regards to color scheme, layout placement, etc.
Also attached is our logo. The layout should match this and play off of it somehow.
Please provide mock-up.
