CMS & E-commerce (OsCommerce) Upgrade

This is an upgrade project to an existing website - [login to view URL] About Us We are a very small business based in Ibiza specialising in printing wide format on canvas. We reproduce our customers photos on canvas, we work with artists who want to make limited edition prints of their work on canvas. Our Site Currently in 4 languages but no CMS and no E-commerce. We now want to upgrade the site so that we can maintain the site easily ourselves and offer a completeley secure payments platform on-line. We would favour a MAMBO/OsCommerce solution but we are open to the best solution in the quickest timeframe that is the easiest to maintain going forward. The CMS must work within the exsiting design framework. We also want to add a number of contact forms to the site and an image upload mecanism using FTP. A full brief is attached giving complete details of what we want to achieve on each page. Time Frame: Max: 2 weeks. Preferably quicker but i want realistic timeframes and i want them met. Provider Selection Process: My criteria is NOT ONLY the cost. I want a professional job done by someone I can work with on the phone as well as e-mail. Please provide me with at least 3 EXAMPLES OF SIMILAR WORK when bidding for the job. Budget: We have a small budget and need a highly competitive quote. In particular, I want to flesh out a complete and total spec with the chosen bidder and agree on a project fee that will not change.
