Clean up in osCommerce

I need someone to clean up the back-end of my osCommerce site WITHOUT damaging the additions and changes to my site.
Examples: At some point someone changed the way my site is organized and I can no longer find my [url removed, login to view] page to make changes to my first page. I want it to be where I can access it. There is currently about 5 versions in there and I can't change any of them!!
There is a sub-folder from a previous tech person that I want gone but I'm not sure if it will damage what is on the site.
I just want everything in its place, everything extraneous removed with taking away my modifications like:
-Live Chat
-USPS Shipping
-Google Checkout
-Attributes Populate
etc.
I do NOT have time for you to do this while I am on chat with you. I prefer to communicate through PMs I have very little technical knowledge so I expect you to do it independantly.
