Create RSS Feeds and iPodder interface

I have a really exciting challenge for a coder that is an expert in RSS Feeds and Ipodding. I have a client that we are creating a new site for them and they want the ability to do 2 things.
First ??" something they are currently doing is making available a XML RSS Feed where people with iPods can set up that feed on their computer and get the latest updates. We are also going to purchase a branded ipodder software for people to use if they want and this file should integrate with that also.
We need ??" 1. interface for interns to be able to add and remove from the xml list; 2. Whatever else we need to make this work for the users of both just the xml or the ipodder (we are new to ipodding so not even sure what we need yet!)
Second item is this client wants to be able to set up a RSS Feed of text articles so that webmasters can place them on sites and it will give the title and a paragraph and then they click for more info and it goes to a page on our site where they can read the whole article. We will want a page on their web site where a webmaster of a site can come and get the code they need to be able to just copy and paste (easy for novice webmasters). We will also need an interface for the interns on our site to be able to add and remove articles from the feed on a daily basis. Also anything that can jazz things up a little ??" they want to be progressive and meet the needs of the generation that all this stuff comes easy to them!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
