Cross Browser WYSIWYG HTML Form Field

I am cobbling together a Content Management System for a website using PHP 4 and MySQL. I need a WYSIWYG form field for people to create and design content for pages that will have the headers, footers, and menus added later. It needs to have a pull-down menu that will contain CSS text style names (pulled from a database table), as well as buttons for Bold, Italic, underline, left-align, center-align, right-align, ordered and unordered lists, tab(blockquote), links, horizontal rule, image insertion (from their local computer) and tables. When submitted, this would create a block of XHTML that would be uploaded to a LONGTEXT field in a database table, which could then be read to create the page when published. It needs to work in Mozilla and IE, and it needs to update dynamically (i.e. when a word is highlighted and the BOLD button is clicked, the user immediately sees the word go bold without refreshing). Additionally, cut and paste from MS Word would be helpful -- MS Word uses some non-standard quote and apostrophe marks (and maybe some other symbols) that often don't cut and paste well into html editors. This is not a deal-breaker, but could result in a bonus situation. I would also like instructions/assistance on implementing it if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This needs to run in IE 5.5 or above and Firefox 1.5 and above, and needs to work within a php 4 page.
