Custom Wordpress theme for a sports website

Hello. I want a custom wordpress theme created for me that I will use for a website. I want it to be a 3 column theme. The left column will eventually go towards ads, the middle column will be where I will do all of my writing and the right column will be links, more ads, about, etc. I want it to look similar to this:

This is going to be a website about football, so sports knowledge is a plus. Once I select the winning bidder I will give more specifics on the layout of the website.
I do want someone who knows wordpress pretty well. There are a few plugins I am going to want to add such as adsense, comments, google analytics, akismet, videos, etc. I know some html, and am going to want to add some of that in my posts.
Again, this is a football website so a football theme is a must.
## Deliverables
Please ask any questions. I may need to be walked through some of the basics of wordpress as I have never used it before, but I am somewhat familiar with it. Right away I just want a shell of what it will look like. I will eventually give you my personal information so that you can get into my wordpress account and begin working in it to create plugins, etc.
