Customize Jcomments 2.3.0 - for Joomla 1.5 and 2.5 - Need plugins created to add more functionality to Jcomments ([login to view URL])

Looking for a JOOMLA 1.5 & 2.5 expert to make customizations to the Jcomments extension. You need to be an expert with this component first of all.

New requirements regarding separate quotations:

1) In admin panel, give ability to filter comments according to content item title. Total cost = $

2) Give ability to transfer or refile comments from one content item to the correct one - for example, the user posted in the wrong article. Total cost = $

3) On the frontend, allow user to login via discuss it, facebook, Twitter, Google+, and other social networks. Example: [url removed, login to view] - Total cost = $

4) Give ability reply to a specific comment via link in the email notification. This should allow admin and also guests or registered users who have posted a comment and opted to receive copies of their posted comments and replies to their comments to be delivered to their email specified. The idea is that when you reply, you are replying directly to the comment posted.

5) Give Ability on frontend for user to receive replies via email to a particular comment they have posted by checking a box or selecting an option that allows this feature. Example: [url removed, login to view] - this is different from subscribing via email to comments posted in a specific content item. Total cost = $

6) ** Add function: Show checkbox in submit comment form requiring user to specify whether their email address should be made public - default is no, in order to prevent spam and email harvesting. You will see this option configurable under administration settings: Permissions > Display. Guests or users who have opted to prevent their email address from showing in a comment will also have their email address hidden from others who have subscribed to received comments via email for a particular article. You can use an email icon or another appropriate way to indicate someone who has voluntarily shared their email address. The email link should be active.

I would like these as plugins for Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5 that can be installed via joomla backend. Must be able to uninstall each plugin and edit plugin parameters and uninstall should revert component back to pre-installation functionality. All html must be valid xhtml 1.0 . Any conflicts must be fixed free of charge. You must be completely familiar and expert in Jcomments: [url removed, login to view]
