Dating Website Install and Configure

We want a dating website script modified to do the following: List 46 locations in the Philippines, in a Menu called "Popular Places" You can not post your profile in this site if you are not in one of those locations, or if this is too difficult then limit users to only in Philippines When you click onto a link in the Popular Places menu, you can see lists of members in that Popular Place Not necessary to show all members on first page, maybe a "total members" counter which totals all members in that location You can see what data is available about the member in that location, but you can not contact member. Can search data fields for certain members I wish to protect the contact data for members, requires a fee to obtain contact data. If you wish to purchase contact data, you may use a payment processor.
