Dependable PHP/MySQL Coders

We are in need of a dependable and reliable PHP/MySQL coding team to help bring out site online. We have two small social networking websites that have the GUI provided and about 75% of the coding done on one. But now we need the other 25% finished by a solid team of professionals. Sorry, but we CAN NOT take a chance on new or inexprienced coders for this. We will make our selection quickly and the patch work on the first site must be finished quickly. It just needs a few bugs corrected and a couple of features like Audio, Video, Photo Gallery completed. If you have experience in these areas and database management, then we need to hear from you. You also must have the ability to work around a prepared GUI. All can respond, but we will only send the work specs and site links for review to those who we believe quality for the job and can finish it on time and on budget. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySQL, Photoshop, IE4+
