I wish to create a catalogue of commercial and domestic catering products to be insatlled onto an existing website, complete with shopping facility and merchant account payment structure taking advantage of all popular payment methods ie paypal, safepay, etc. I also require a data capture pop-up which is encoded into the web site front page, so that the visitor cannot access the catalogue without first disclosing, first name, last name, and email address. the installion of an autoresponder with database processing and email facility. again with full editing and upgrade capacity the number of products is anticipated to be in the region of 1000 items in the first instance, with the facility to add new products to the catalogue as required, as and when they are available. There must also be the facility to update the prices and descriptions in real time. I also require a pdf with full instructions on how to operate the program and undertake the alterations. I only pay in full on delivery of a completed and fully functioning product. Thank you
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
the web site is currently hosted on a professional server based in the UK and I will require the program to be accessed using the windows xp platform. I use firefox as an internet browser.
