Bigcommerce Store customization

I need some customizations to a bigcommerce hosted web store. I need to have the following things working. 1. a date and time for order pickup or delivery added to the checkout screen. 2. order notification emails to show the products ordered rather than just a link to the store. 3. Shipping methods re-ordered so that delivery is either at the top or the bottom of the list rather than in the middle. 4. a discount of 10% applied to the product "gift cards" if over $100 based on total of all gift cards ordered not just per gift card.
