Custom VBulletin Installation

Hi I need VBulletin installed on my existing domain with following specifications:

1. The main page should have no signup option but a message that this is a private forum etc. I should be able to change the text here when I want.

2. There should be logo and menu to go to website.

3. Forum should match website theme.

4. Right Sidebar and Banner Advertising. I should be able to change media and links

5. Something to avoid spam bots

6. Mobile Accessible.

There should be 2 levels:

Member Level 1:

1. A link for signup. Every signup should be automatically approved. Admin should be notified of signup. Signup should mention what product or service they purchased.

2. Members should be allowed to invite one member every 6 months to signup. We need to have either an invitation code or member link to show who allowed them registration.

3. There should be a regular forum with multiple categories:

4. Banners, menu and logo on each page.

5. Video posting capability.

6. Video Chat possibility

7. Be able to see what members are talking in private messages.

8. SEO friendly URLs and allow search engine indexing.

Member Level 2:

1. Signup Page with credit card/PayPal

2. We should be able to change the subscription amount.

2. Members allowed inviting one member every 3 months with an activation code but the new members still need to Pay.

3. No search engine indexing for this level.

4. Video Conferencing to hold webinar/Google hangout style chat with members.

5. This forum will be connected with monthly recurring payment. The login should get disabled when subscription failed.
