Adding a payment gateway to website

I am using a script ( [url removed, login to view] ) for a website I am developing and would like to add in a payment gateway for South Africa so that clients can pay in the local currency: Rands (R). The company is called SetCom ( [url removed, login to view] ).
Currently the agents who use my site can pay for their credits via PayPal, [url removed, login to view] and a few others but I would like you to add in Setcom also. The implementation guide is here: [url removed, login to view];main=main&site=5&belongsto=361&page_id=511
I also require a page where I can send clients to pay for miscellaneous payments, ie for adverts etc, and I should be able to change the price on this page.
This script uses object orientated programming so you may or may not have to have experience of this in order to complete the job. Please download the zip file from Deltascripts (its free) in order to see if you can do this.
