Adult Video Site Clone

I am looking to develop an adult video site that is similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] This is just a basic youtube style video script where the users can upload videos, search videos, rate videos etc.. There is also a backend admin area. It should have a thumbnail of the video and then load the video if clicked. You will notice on [login to view URL] that some of the thumbnails take you to the video and others are advertisers that take you to another site. I would like to be able to have a similar feature where I can add a listing that takes you to an advertisers site but it is hard for the visitor to tell because it has the same looking thumbnails. I know there are many video scripts out there but I need one that is good with many features. I would also like to buy adult video packs or have the coder of this script rip the videos off of the boysfood site for initial content on our site. It looks like they allow you to download their videos so I believe this is not only possible but it is ok with them. I am open to the language and/or database options for this script I just want it to be full featured.
