BuddyPress hidden groups and Group Folders Plugin - repost

BuddyPress plugin:

1. Only authors can create “Hidden Groups”. Suscribers can create only Public and Private Groups.

2. Show only Public and Private Groups list on Members profile.

Group index:

3. Create a new flap filter in Group index called "Mis Materias", which shows only Hidden Groups.

4. Do not show hidden groups on "My Groups" flap filter.

5. Only for Hidden Groups, members will be listed under "Alumnos", not "Members".

My Groups plugin (widget):

6. Shows only hidden groups.

Group Folders plugin

7. Uploaded files to groups by admins and mods can be seen, opened, and downloaded by everyone.

8. Uploaded files to groups by suscribers can be seen, opened, and downloaded only by admins and mods.
