I have Four table in mysql:

I have a form on my website that retrieve contentid submited by user.
What i want is to retrieve informations from all of those table and output the results in a features comparison charts.
Right now i am able to retrieve the content from table3 and table4 with a mysql select and an array.
But the output i would like to achieve is more something like this:
