DB Programmer needed

DETAILS: I have a search function that filters a database by certain parameters. It is a car tire/wheel website, so for instance somebody can search by a certain treadwidth, etc. and it would return the certain wheel or tire according to those specs. However, I need the database structure changed. I believe the most efficient way to do this would be to redo the database, because the old database is a mess. So basically, I just need somebody to finish the structure of a new database, and edit the old search function to work with this new database. I also need an edit and inserter script so I can easily edit the entries. My previous programmer has created an edit/inserter script for the old database, and had been editing it to work with his new database structure, but he had personal matters that makes it so I need to find a new provider for this project. He has the database basic structure finished, and with his previous work included this should be a fairly basic project to those of experience. Do not reply is you're going to bid something insanely ridiculous. Don't waste your time nor mine.
