A simple PHP System

I need a simple PHP system to be developed: Admin: 1) Add clients Fields: Company Name, Company Registration No, Address, Email, Contact person, Contact No, Username, Autogenerated Password Check Box: Work Option 1, Work Option 2 2) View Clients a) View client details, View work status of each client No of time client login 3) Update Option 1 & 2 Status (If when creating clinet only Option 1 is select then status can only be updated for Option 1, if both is selected then both status can be updated). a) Fields for update: Select date, Input Subject, Input Details [text box]. 4) Client Login Client can view Work Option 1 Status and Work Option 2 Status if both checker box is selected in admin.
