BEFORE YOU BID....please carefully review the attached "STATEMENT OF WORK" containing all the specific tasks to be done and their timelines. Please only bid if you are 100% sure that you can perform all the specified tasks in an expert, efficient and timely manner.
So far, the bids have been coming in higher than we expected. In order to help us prioritize various portions of this project, we ask that you submit a breakdown of your bid price per for each section of the project, as follows:
1) Enhance the existing website cosmetically and make pages load more efficiently
2) CREATE VIRTUAL DOMAINS FOR KEY TOPICAL PAGES
3) PUBLISH SITE IN PROGRESS TO NEW-ORLEANS.INFO
4) IMPLEMENT SHOPPING CART E-COMMERCE SOLUTION
5) Design a virtual reality-like interface for shopping
The price breakdown will help us prioritize various items and we may decide to leave some out for some future date; for example, its our impression that the last item (#5) may be the most time consuming and adding much to the overall cost. If so, we can leave this out for some future time.
