Customer Service Rep Needed-Great English Speaking Skills and Simple Web Research Skills

We are looking for a customer service rep. that has great English speaking skills with little to no accent. Rep does not need technical skills, but able to talk about the web. REp will setup client accounts through our 3rd party software which is very easy to administer, plus there is online training available. The person will need to do some research on the web to learn about our business and environment. Needs to have a high speed connection for VOIP. We will provide the software and hardware to connect. The rep. does NOT need to be available every day nor available at a certain time. Calls can go to a voice mail and the rep can call the client back at the convenience of the Rep. Would like the rep to be available a few hours a week during business hours (EST) to talk to clients. This is a very flexible arrangement. Once we select a Rep, we will provide details on our business and have the Rep do some research. We are thinking this would be about 15-20 hours. Then after that we ask for a few hours a week. We have not launched our company/product yet so we are not sure how many hours are needed. We are guessing 4-10 hours a week. We are guessing the first few will be around 4 hours. We have many products in the pipeline that we can use the Rep to provide service for in the future to increase the hours for the rep. Before selecting the Rep, I will need to have a call over VOIP to access the Reps English Skills. Please only bid if you have very good English vocabulary and little to no accent. Our budget is limited since we have not launched yet, but we expect a good volume of sales after launch, so we can increase the hours and budget for customer service. Please provide an hourly rate. Thanks, Andy ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
