Contract Automotive Photographers needed for on-going project

Autodata Solutions is looking for Automotive Photographers in Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale, Houston, Phoenix, San Francisco and Los Angeles for on-going contractual work. Autodata is headquartered in London, Ontario with offices across Canada and the United States. We are a technical company serving the world's largest auto manufacturers and their partners with data aggregation, syndication, technology and custom solutions. Due to our location and climate, we require several photographers to aid us with our visual comparison software. Position Overview: As an Autodata Photographer, you would be responsible for capturing high quality photographic images that represent a cross section of vehicles available in the North American market to support the production environment. This role is also required to represent Autodata at Dealership, OEM and Client locations in a professional capacity. Core Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide quality photographic services to post production by photographing vehicles on dealership lots Adhere to strict production photography procedures with little room for creative license Work with Marketing, Creative Services and Media Services departments to help meet their needs for photographic support of news releases and other informational materials Fill out expense sheets accurately and in a timely manner Provide weekly check-ins and reports to direct manager for travel expenses and work management Experience and Competencies: Knowledge of industry terms and photography equipment including lighting, placement, camera settings Competent PC skills and hands-on experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and raw camera download software Knowledge of common computer and basic Internet technologies is required Photography certificate from recognized institution an asset Solid communication skills Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented On-call availability Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a manual transmission Equipment Required: Professional DSLR Camera (e.g. Canon 5D Mark ii, Mark iii, Nikon D700, D800 or better/comparable). 24mm-105mm zoom lens or comparable. 17mm-40mm wide angle lens or comparable.
