artichoke lady

I need a picture of a model, a lady (blonde or fair skin)pulling an artichoke from a prescription bag. The bag is white and labeled "RX". The lady's "model's expression" is that she is shoked to find an artichoke on a prescription bag (there should have been medications in the bag, but someone accidentally placed an artichoke on the bag) The model can have her mouth slightly open as an expression to find the artichoke on the bag" the model can hold the artichoke on one hand, and the prescription bag on the other hand. If you can find an artichoke, it can be replaced by a couple tomatoes I can have the file in jpeg or photoshop. if you could provide a sample, that may be all it takes.
