css coder needed to finish a job NOW

I need to create a box with rounded corners using images in css. I need the box border to be clean looking and not pixeled. I will need you to create the images and css code as well. I know that this css code is all over the internet but im not a designer so i can't make the images, so i rather you will give me the whole package of code and images. With that code i need to be able to control - 1. width 2. height 3. border (i know that the border is related to the border of the image so i might ask you for few versions until i will be happy with the border). 4. If i insert more text i need the box to be able to strech accordingly. 5. padding (top, bottom, right, left) About the color. I will need you to create the backgound with the following color - #00FF00 (might ask to change it) AND the border with a brighter green, i will need you to create few versions.
