Do some 3D Modelling

Need a Interior Design as shown in the attached pictures, the Floor plan has a indications in red on what to do. This is on limited budget so just want exact pictures like shown in in these but different layout as per red text in floor plan. This will lead to several other projects and regular work as our preferred designer. We don't need animation or video just the same as pictures but with different interior design. This pictures are by our competitors so we want to do a better job in Design. We need features like wall papers, flooring, ceiling lights, Fish Tanks, Plants and photo frames, an LED TV (beside the Reception). This is an urgent project we need this done in a day. so please only bid if you can do it within a day max 2. Freelancing individuals are welcome discourage companies who act pricey once accept the jobs.
