Convert JPG to layered PSD

Hello, I need an expert to convert the attached JPG images to Layered PSD files . The size for each PSD file will be the same as its JPG. You need to change the color scheme of each file as well as text and images , so that the PSD looks totally different from the JPG provided , but keeping the same theme. I just need these PSD as i will upload them to my client site, for free download to the visitors. I have also attached some examples so that you can have a look on them. In the Example folder , you can see that the JPG file is SAMPLE [login to view URL] and after conversion into layered PSD its PSD CLONE.jpg. Two example files are there to provide you clear requirements. Deliverable should be fully layered PSD files of each jpg provided with the bid request. Total 3 JPG files need to be converted.
