Alter some Images and combine images

We need someone to combine 2 image together to one image according to our need. We have 52 design images that needs to combine with 1 case image to create 52 final image. All the details are on the "combine instruction". Important: I have include 2 sample for you to do. Please do the sample first and follow the instruction attached so I know you can do it. We can do $10 per 52 final image. We can also pay extra $20 if you can record a video of teaching us how you modified the case and combine the design image with the easiest way on photoshop. We must review the video first to see if it works.
