Awesome webdesign for Joomla template (JaSocial)

We are looking for someone awesome to design a simple, yet creative and distinct design for our social network. The design will fit into the Joomla template JaSocial. You will need to complete the design quickly (7-10 days) We are dedicated to make this process rewarding for both parties, and have to that extent created screenshots to give you a better idea of what we want, and will be available on Skype during Australian working hours for frequent communication. Specifications can be found in attached file. More screenshots to be provided in interview.
