Axure Prototype - UI / UX Designer Required to design niche service website

Hi, I am for looking UI/UX designer with graphic design expertise for a niche market SaaS Application. Currently, I only have an idea (no actual drawings/design) and some reference websites. To give you an idea it will be something like [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] in terms of functionality, probably somewhat less, since it's for a niche market. I need someone who is highly organized, attentive to visual detail as in margins, spacing, visual balance, html controls, lining up html elements so the forms look highly professional. Who can think through, implement user flow for admins/standard users dashboard & options with some guidance etc. not to be hand holded during the entire project phase. Additionally, looking to improve the visual behaviour and experience with user engagement, just to give some example, 1. Engaging & capturing information messages between registration & verification process. 2. Engaging & capturing information messages when user logs in to his account/send messages/notifications etc. Ideas on advertisement placements / layouts or better that fits well with the overall design and ability to work with google adsense. Select optimal fonts, Design supporting graphics/logo etc. The design must be created for a responsive layout: mobile, tablet, web sizes. Experience with Axure is must. Experience with UX Process and Flow Experience with Flat Design a plus Experience with Adobe Creative Suit/ Hands on experience in HTML / CSS / jQuery Experience with Bootstrap or Foundation Kindly submit 2 examples of your recent prototyping works using axure.
